Chicken. I used skinless boneless chicken thighs. Bone-in chicken pieces (chicken wings/chicken drumsticks/bone-in chicken thighs) can be substituted but will require longer cooking time. Boneless chicken breasts can also be used but will cook in around 10-15 minutes. Greek yogurt. Garlic and ginger. Use fresh garlic cloves for the best flavor. Spices: Garam Masala, chilli powder/cayenne pepper, turmeric, paprika, cardamom, cumin salt and black pepper. Lemon juice. Lime juice can be used instead.

Can I make this ahead?
The chicken can be marinated for up to 12 hours in the refrigerator. Leftover tandoori chicken can be kept in an airtight container for up to 3 days and re-heated in the air fryer before serving.
