Updated March 26, 2019 Now onto the bread. I’ve always enjoyed baking banana bread. It makes me feel domestic. I think it is the combination of using up brown bananas so nothing goes to waste and the inviting aroma the bread produces as it bakes. Banana bread is also the perfect gift to share with family, friends, and neighbors.
If you are a cinnamon fan, you will love this banana bread. It is similar to my banana cinnamon chip cake, but in bread form. I added cinnamon chips to the bread and sprinkled the bread with a cinnamon sugar topping. Eat a warm slice of bread with a dab of butter and indulge in banana cinnamon goodness. I hope all the Mother’s out there have a fantastic Mother’s Day on Sunday.
