Josh’s favorite pizza is his BBQ Chicken Deluxe Pizza-which has barbecue chicken, bacon, pineapple, jalapeños, and red onion. He recently created a twist on his favorite pizza-BBQ Chicken with Pineapple Bacon Salsa. Yep, he put bacon in salsa. The flavors are vary similar to his favorite pizza, but in summer form. This recipe is perfect for grilling season!
This recipe is super easy. Use your favorite barbecue sauce to coat the chicken, grill to perfection, and serve with fresh pineapple bacon salsa. The salsa is refreshing with a hint of smokiness from the bacon. It goes perfectly with the BBQ chicken. Josh also likes to serve Bush’s Smokehouse Tradition Grillin’ Beans on the side. The beans bring out the smoky flavor of the bacon even more. They are a great side dish to this summer meal. Sunday is Father’s Day and this BBQ Chicken with Pineapple Bacon Salsa would be a great way to celebrate Dad. Get out the grill and get cooking!
