Updated April 28, 2011 Today I am sharing the chocolate chip cookie recipe Josh used. It is a new favorite. It is from Nick Malgieri’s book, Cookies Unlimited. These babies are full of chocolate. They are soft and the perfect cookie, if you ask me!
Chocolate Chip Cookies Adapted from Cookies Unlimited by Nick Malgieri Ingredients 2-½ cups all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt ¾ teaspoon baking soda 8 oz butter, 2 sticks, room temperature 1 cup, light brown sugar, packed ½ cup, 4oz-granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1-tablespoon vanilla extract 1-½ 12oz bags of semi sweet chocolate chips
