Cocoa powder. Use good quality cocoa powder (like Dutch Processed cocoa powder) for the best chocolate flavor. Cornstarch/Cornflour. Flour. Egg yolks. Butter. I used salted butter but unsalted butter can be substituted. Chocolate shavings (for serving). Pie crust.
