Ingredients Needed
Onion. Fresh garlic cloves. Ground beef/beef mince. Ground chuck makes fantastic burgers so if you can find it I would recommend using it. Fresh parsley. Fresh breadcrumbs. Use half the volume of dried breadcrumbs as substitute. Egg. Salt and black pepper.
For the burgers
Buns. Use any burger buns of your choice. Potato rolls, brioche buns or sesame buns are all good options. Lettuce. Crispy bacon. Cheese. I love American cheese or cheddar cheese on a burger but feel free to use any cheese you like. Tomatoes. Mayonnaise. Optional: Pickles, red onions, pickled jalapeños, ketchup or burger sauce are all delicious on a burger.

Can I make this ahead?
Hamburger patties can be made up to 3 days in advance and kept in an airtight container in the fridge. Leftovers can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
