Ingredients
Bread of your choice. A sourdough or country loaf-style bread is ideal. Brie cheese. Any good melting cheese will work. Camembert, Mozzarella, Fontina, Raclette or Havarti are all good choices. Cranberry sauce. I use store-bought cranberry sauce but homemade is absolutely perfect too. Rosemary. Thyme or sage are good substitutes. Olive oil. Salt.
