Can I make this ahead?
Cilantro sauce can be made up to 5 days in advance and kept in an airtight container in the fridge. I wouldn’t recommend freezing this sauce as the sauce might split once thawed.
Serving suggestions
Cilantro sauce is delicious served with everything from tacos and quesadillas to enchiladas and even over grilled chicken, fish or steak. We love it on shrimp tacos, over pan-seared fish and with chipotle steak.
