Chicken. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs but you can use chicken breast too. Extra-virgin olive oil. Avocado oil is a good substitute. Fresh lemon juice. Spices: paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.

Butter. I always have salted butter on hand but you can substitute with unsalted butter. Parmesan cheese. Fresh garlic cloves. Fresh parsley. Lemon juice. Salt and black pepper.

Can I make this ahead?
The chicken can be marinated for up to 24 hours before cooking covered in the fridge. Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Can I make this in the air fryer?
Yup! Air fry the skewers in the air fryer, pre-heated to 400°F/205°C for 15 minutes, turning over half-way through, until golden brown and cooked through.
