Ingredients needed
For the cookie dough: Butter (I used salted but unsalted butter can be substituted), soft brown sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract. Nutella. Nutella is the perfect filling for these s’mores bars but you can use peanut butter instead, if preferred. Mini marshmallows. Marshmallow fluff/Marshmallow creme can also be used. Chocolate chips/chocolate chunks. I used milk chocolate chips but dark chocolate or bitter sweet chocolate can be substituted.

Can I make these ahead?
These smores bars can be made up to 2 days in advance and kept in an airtight container at room temperature. They are fantastic served warm and can be warmed in a hot oven for a few minutes before serving.
