Butter. I used salted butter but unsalted butter can be substituted. Flour. Use your favorite gluten free flour as substitute if necessary. Sugar.  Lemon zest.  Salt.  Condensed milk.  Fresh lemon juice.  Egg yolks.  Raspberries.
