Updated November 01, 2019 I love snacking on nuts, they are delicious and nutritious. Nuts are a great source of protein, contain heart healthy fats, and they are easy to eat on the go. I like eating plain nuts, but roasted nuts are even better. Candied Pecans are my favorite, but these rosemary roasted almonds are a close second. Whole almonds are seasoned with fresh rosemary, a dash of chili powder, salt and then placed in the oven to roast. Our house smelled amazing while the almonds were roasting away. I sampled a few nuts as soon as I removed them from the oven and was very pleased with the results. The rosemary compliments the almonds nicely. These rosemary roasted almonds make a terrific game day snack or party appetizer. I am going to put a bowl of rosemary roasted almonds out for our New Year’s party. I know our guests will enjoy munching on them.
