Chicken. I used boneless thighs but chicken breast meat can also be used. Honey.  Soy sauce. Use tamari or coconut aminos if you’d prefer to keep this recipe gluten free. Garlic.  Ginger.  Lemon juice.  Oil. I used canola oil but any cooking oil will work.

Can I make these ahead?

The chicken can be marinated up to 24 hours in advance. Kebabs can be assembled and frozen in the marinade for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before cooking.
