With a high-speed blender, this vegan chocolate milkshake is ready in minutes! It’s the perfect treat for hot summer days! I and my family enjoy this milkshake during summer days along with other summertime drinks like mango lassi, strawberry lassi, and cucumber pineapple smoothie.

Main Ingredients

Instructions

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy texture. Oat milk: I like using oat milk in this recipe because it’s creamier than other non-dairy options. It also has a neutral flavor, unlike other options. But feel free to use any plant-based milk for example coconut milk, or almond milk if you do not prefer oat milk. Cocoa powder: This is the most essential ingredient for this recipe. I used unsweetened cocoa powder (raw cacao powder) in this recipe. If you do not have this, try vegan chocolate chips that have the least amount of sugar. Vanilla extract: This is optional but it does add a nice flavor to the chocolate shake. Vegan ice cream: I have used coconut ice cream on top. But feel free to use any type of vegan ice cream or even whipped cream. Vanilla-flavored ice cream is one of the best options when it comes to topping milkshakes. Pour into glasses and top with vegan ice cream, chocolate syrup, and dark chocolate. The best vegan chocolate milkshake is ready! Enjoy immediately!

Storage

Transfer any leftovers to an airtight freezer container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
